Delete your Trippy account
For the Trippy Moto app (Android and iPhone), made by Flying Cactus Labs.
Easiest, in the app: Settings › Account › Delete my account.
Without the app: enter the email of your Trippy account below. We email you a 6-digit code to prove it's yours, then you confirm.
We sent a code to . It works for 10 minutes.
Delete this account for good? Your account, sign-ins and list of Trippys go now. Rides and places on your phone stay there until you delete the app.
Done. Your Trippy account is deleted.
What is deleted
Straight away, from our servers: your email, your profile (name, age range, city), your sign-ins, your notification token and the list of Trippys you paired.
What is kept
One anonymous line with no email or name: the month you joined, the month you left and how many Trippys you had, to count riders over time. It can't be linked back to you. Problem reports you chose to send are deleted within 90 days. Rides and places stored on your phone stay there until you delete the app.
